We have been using Comtecs Ltd for over a year since changing from another IT Supplier. We decided to make the change after Comtecs had redesigned our website and developed us a customer management database. We have a slightly different scenario from your average company in that everyone works from different locations. This means we have had to base our server online with Comtecs managing it remotely. Not only are they able to offer rapid service on demand but have excellent remote access tools for our individual PCs meaning less downtime and fewer callouts. Their general knowledge of technology and services available is outstanding and we always feel that there is someone there when we need it.
