IT Support

The vision of our technical team has always been to provide the most comprehensive service regardless of the size of a client’s organisation. As such, we have been engaged by sole-traders, micro-businesses (<10 users) and medium sized (>100 users) companies alike.

Support is provided to users of Laptop’s, PC’s, Blackberry and iPhones, Windows (Active Directory/Group Policy) and Linux/Unix Servers, Mail Servers (MS Exchange, POP3/SMTP), Database Servers (SQL, MySQL), Routers/Firewalls/Switches and a whole host of additional technologies.

User support is provided over the telephone, via dynamic remote assistance tools; through email and also on-site. Our consultants can provide training sessions and guidance as and when required allowing your employees to realise their full potential and work more efficiently. We appreciate the need for urgency where support is required.

Our IT support services and expertise can be used on an ad-hoc basis: whereby charges are applied by the hour for remote, telephone or onsite support or alternatively by way of a maintenance agreement ensuring your company receives the highest priority of service whilst maintaining a fixed-rate fee on favourable terms.
