Tom Blackden – Sales and Marketing Manager
10 years in the IT Recruitment sector in London and the South East and now responsible for Sales, Marketing and Operations Management across the business Tom continues to provide recruitment services in all areas covered by the company on both a contract and permanent basis. Additional responsibilities include operational management of the team and involvement in IT projects for a selection of accounts.

Since graduating in 2000 with a degree in Computer Science Chris has worked in corporate and micro-business environments locally and in the City of London. With expertise in Sales, Account Management, Graphic Design and IT/Network Management Chris is an integral part of the IT division and heads-up all projects from a hands-on technical perspective.

James Harland – Solutions Developer
Since joining on our apprenticeship scheme James has excelled as a Solution Developer. With an ability to provide day-to-day IT support, training and consultancy, along with systems implementation. James plays a significant role in the development of all websites, systems and software produced by the company and has a diverse range of skills – regularly engaged by all of our clients.

Jack established himself as a Recruitment Consultant providing services to existing clients of Comtecs as well as working to develop new business for the company.  Recruiting IT personnel within a variety of sectors, Jack manages both contract and permanent recruitment projects and works to meet the needs of candidates and his clients alike.

Heidi Baker – Administration Executive
With over 20 years experience in Customer Service and Administration Heidi is an integral part of the team and is the point of contact for contractor’s queries, sales/purchase ledger and regulatory compliance. Doubling as PA for the senior members of the team Heidi provides high quality sales support and customer liaison across the business.
